Heads Up, Climbers: New Approach Trail to Bataan Crag.
The Bataan Crag approach trail has a new starting point at the Echo Canyon parking lot due to increased mining activity on Graymont’s land, which has closed the lower portion of the original route. Parking may be congested, so carpooling is recommended. CASA and BVCAS are working with Graymont and Alberta Parks on a long-term solution for a better trail and parking options.
